• FL Building Code Mandatory Checklists (prescriptive and performance)

• Air Barrier Inspection Criteria Table

• Envelope Leakage Test Report

• Duct Leakage Test Report (if needed)

Please provide the following documents:

• Full Plan Set including Site Plan (REQUIRED! if site plan is not provided we will run the ECALCS as a "worst case" for orientation)

• HVAC Documentation - Manuals J D and S (If not provided, we will size the system and use an electric heat pump with the following efficiency values - SEER2=15.5 EER2=12.5 AND HSPF2 = 8.5)

• Window and Door Specs (If not provided the following efficiency values will be used - Doors UValue=0.40; Windows UValue=0.21 SHGC=0.27)

• Water Heater Make/Model (if not provided, tank or tankless will be used based on plan information with the efficiency value UEF=0.94)

• NOTE - IF THE PLANS DO NOT SPECIFY INSULATION VALUES AND TYPES WE WILL CHOOSE AND SPECIFY.
